After speaking to the locals up at the devastated Kinglake region, we decided to make sure those effected see the benefits of the money we’ve raised sooner rather than later.
With winter setting in, most people have shifted back to their properties, and are now living in caravans, tents, tarps, and vans. So apart from our show on June 20 that will give them all a good laugh, we’ll be spending over $2,000 on brand new blankets, doonahs and quilts. We’re going to pile them all into the Bogan Bingo tour bus, and invite you to be part of the Bogan Bingo Blanket and Doonah Drive!
If you have any blankets, that are close to new, doonahs that are still brand new, or quilts that have hardly been used, get down to a participating Bogan Bingo venue, and keep some one warm this winter.
If you don’t come to the shows, the bus will be driving around ringing the doorbells of the houses with the most bedrooms. Look out Toorak!! Don’t keep those guest rooms looking good this winter whilst someone does it tough!!
